Clooney Brings International Buzz to St. Louis

Paramount Pictures "Up In The Air" not only has St Louis' media and bloggers busy with Clooney sightings on for the past few months, there's buzz from around the world, putting Missouri on the map for landing such a great project. Lobbying efforts to increase State tax credits to more than the current $4.5 mil by lobbying in Jefferson City brought legislators statewide to visit sets to experience the film industry in motion and how many jobs a project like this creates. Lisa Brown of the St. Louis Business Journal also wrote an impressive and factual front page story about the production. After visiting the set, Lisa will continue to follow the story to report the economic impact. TalentPlus actors are still buzzing about their scenes with George, stating he is truly and kind and gentle man. So far, Gary Wayne Barker, Alan David, Adrienne Lamping, Jennifer Nitzband, Laura Ackermann, Jerry Vogel, Dan Chopin , Matt O'Toole, Christiaan Cofield, Lindsey Trout, Tamara Tungate, and Jim Anthony have shot principal scenes with Mr. Cool. Stay tuned for wrap-up! TP artist Julie Dietrich, (pictured here with Clooney) was excited to be called to set as George's make up artist. "Not even a spec of powder is used...he's a natural," says Dietrich.
